Community access, rank duration, and purchase expectations.
This draft describes the public development website and proposed game-server launch setup. It is not the finalized policy. Operator details, contact methods, and the launch arrangements still need to be confirmed.
These are proposed community terms for Vulgrim’s website and Minecraft services, operated by an individual community owner. They are provided for design review and are not a completed agreement.
The final version will identify the operator, contact details, effective date, age eligibility, and how the terms are presented and accepted. Simply viewing this mockup does not enroll you in a newsletter or authorize a purchase.
Keep your Minecraft and Discord accounts secure, use only accounts you are authorized to use, and follow the published server rules and mod policy. Do not cheat, harass others, impersonate staff, exploit bugs, or interfere with the service.
The rules page explains gameplay restrictions. These terms will explain the wider service relationship; the privacy policy explains information handling.
Staff may take proportionate action under the published rules, including warnings, mutes, or access restrictions. Players can request review through the published appeal route.
Buying a rank does not provide immunity from the rules. A valid suspension or ban may restrict access to purchased benefits. A rule-enforcement action does not by itself guarantee a refund; requests remain subject to the refund terms below, the checkout provider’s terms, and applicable law.
Vulgrim is in development. Features, balance, events, and release dates in a marked preview are proposals. Maintenance and updates can affect availability.
Vulgrim does not promise that the server will operate forever or without interruptions. If the server closes, in-game benefits cannot continue to be used. A closure does not automatically entitle every past purchase to a full refund; any required refund or other remedy remains governed by applicable law, the terms at checkout, and the package as described when purchased. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice of a planned closure and a route for purchase questions.
Purchases are closed. Once a store provider is selected, its buyer terms, privacy notice, payment details, and refund process will be available at checkout. Community rules continue to apply to players who purchase a rank.
Each product must state what is delivered and for how long. For a proposed 30-day rank voucher, that includes when the timer starts, expiry, duplicate results, existing ranks, and whether durations stack. A temporary voucher must not be presented as a permanent rank or an automatically renewing subscription.
Keys and the scrolling rank reveal are design concepts. Names, contents, odds, eligible rewards, and distribution methods have not been finalized. The preview neither takes a payment nor grants an item.
A rank provides the digital benefits described on its product page. It is not ownership of the server, an investment, or a promise that features will never change.
A one-time price describes how often you pay; it does not promise an indefinitely operating server. Before sales open, every package will state its duration, expiry, and what happens at season resets. A 30-day entitlement lasts for the stated 30-day period under its activation rules. We will not use “permanent” or “lifetime” as a substitute for a clear duration description.
Product descriptions and the terms shown when you buy form the basis of your purchase. Later wording will not be used to erase rights attached to an earlier order.
Keep your order reference and Minecraft username ready. Use Purchase help for delivery or account issues, or the checkout provider’s support route for payment questions. Never post full card or payment details.
Outside refunds required by law or the checkout provider, requests for goodwill refunds are reviewed case by case. A change of mind, no longer playing, or a valid rule-enforcement action does not automatically qualify for a discretionary refund. A goodwill refund is not guaranteed.
Non-delivery, unauthorized charges, and items that do not match their description are handled under the applicable buyer protections and provider procedures. Please give support an opportunity to resolve a problem where appropriate, without missing any payment-provider or legal deadline.
Nothing in these terms removes a right to request a refund, report an unauthorized payment, or raise a legitimate payment dispute. The final purchase terms will identify the checkout provider and its refund process before payments open.
Share only content you have permission to provide. Avoid including sensitive personal information in public messages or screenshots. The final terms will specify any permission needed to process reports or display submitted content.
Discord, voting sites, and the future checkout provider have their own terms. Vulgrim is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
Use Support & contact for the current community routes. Before public launch, a direct operator contact and reviewed final terms will replace this draft. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
