Vulgrim is an independently operated Minecraft community run by an individual owner. It is not presented as an LLC, a Mojang service, or a Microsoft service.
This notice separates the features active on this public development website from services planned for public launch. The operator’s public identity and a direct privacy contact will be added before launch.
Information we handle
Website preferences & access
Your light/dark and homepage motion preferences are saved in your browser. Our hosting and access providers may process connection and access information to deliver and protect the website. No Vulgrim player website account is required to browse the site.
Support & staff applications
Support and staff applications are handled through Discord, rather than request forms on this website. Joining Discord and contacting staff there involves Discord’s own privacy practices.
Share only the information needed for your question, report or application. Do not post passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in public channels. Available support and recruitment routes will be announced in Discord.
Minecraft server & voting
The launch notice will identify the information recorded by the configured server and plugins. Expected categories include Minecraft usernames and UUIDs, connection information, gameplay progress, chat or moderation records, and voting totals. Exact logging, access, and retention settings still need to be checked.
The website can show labeled sample voting data when a visitor selects the design preview. Once a live voting feed is connected, player names, vote totals, rankings, and season history are intended to appear publicly.
Store purchases
The store is a design preview. It does not accept payments or award ranks. Once selected, the checkout provider will explain its payment and buyer-data practices. Vulgrim’s launch notice will explain the order references and Minecraft identity used for delivery and support.
Why information is used
The purposes are to provide the website and game services, remember preferences, process requested updates, answer support requests, deliver purchased entitlements when the store opens, and investigate abuse or technical problems.
This website build does not include advertising pixels or behavioral advertising tools. Newsletter addresses are not published in the voting leaderboard or staff directory.
Who may receive it
Website hosting and access providers may receive information needed to deliver and protect the site. If you contact the team in Discord, Discord and the authorized staff handling your request may receive the information you provide. Future email or payment services will be identified before those services are enabled.
Following a Discord link or opening a third-party voting site takes you to a separate service with its own practices. Relevant provider names, policies, and international processing details will be listed once the production services are selected.
Storage & retention
Website and community retention arrangements are still being reviewed. The final notice will describe the applicable retention periods and processes before public launch.
Theme and motion preferences remain in your browser until you change or clear them. Discord support records, moderation records, voting history and backups need their own confirmed retention rules. This draft does not promise immediate deletion from third-party systems or backups.
Your choices & requests

Age eligibility and any required parental-consent process are still being reviewed for public launch. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through this public development website.
A parent or guardian concerned about information already supplied can contact the owner. The final notice will include a direct contact method available without joining Discord. A simple age statement will not substitute for any legally required protections.
